Here I will share some how to use the Lairlux massage gun to release stress for high-quality sleep.

I prefer this EM03 white massage gun for daily exercise and use before bed.                   

Usually, I use a massage gun with the following 3 steps.

Step 1: find your attachment, here we have the dampener head attachment. Let’s put it on the inside.

Step 2: we are going to turn the power on at the base and find the pressure you like.

Step 3: Find the angle that you like and let’s get you feeling better

As a chiropractor, I consulted and gave advice to many patients every day, and I found that many of my patients feel sore from working in front of the computer all day.
